- Does not directly provide any services
- Does not employ Vendors or service providers
- Only facilitates discovery, communication, booking, and payment between Users
All transactions:
- Are executed at the sole discretion of Users
- Are based on mutual agreement between Client and Vendor
Bourmeg does not:
- Control, supervise, or manage on-ground service execution
- Guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services
Vendors:
- Operate independently
- Are solely responsible for the services they provide
Clients:
- Are responsible for their decisions while selecting and engaging Vendors

- Bourmeg acts only as an intermediary
- No employer-employee or principal-agent relationship is created

3. APPLICABLE LAWS
Bourmeg operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in India. These include, but are not limited to:
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws
- Income Tax Act, 1961
- Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002
All Users agree that:
- They shall comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws
- Any activity performed through the Platform must be lawful
In case of violation:
- The User shall be solely responsible

Users are solely responsible for:

Bourmeg does not:
- Pre-verify all content

4.3 Conditions for Safe Harbour Protection Bourmeg shall maintain intermediary protection provided that:

3. It does not knowingly host unlawful content
4. It removes or disables access to illegal content upon receiving valid notice
4.4 Notice & Takedown Upon receiving:

- Restrict or suspend the concerned account
Such action may be taken:
- Without prior notice to the User
4.5 Loss of Protection for Users If a User:
- Engages in illegal activity
- Violates applicable laws
- Uploads prohibited content

- Such User shall lose any protection under applicable laws
- Bourmeg shall not be responsible for consequences arising from such actions
4.6 Platform Responsibility Limitation Bourmeg shall not be liable for:
- User-generated content
- Actions or behavior of Users
- Any damage arising from reliance on such content
4.7 Platform Rights Bourmeg reserves the right to:
